UPDATE #2: Company has promised to give credit to the account that bought the flowers! Which means I had to tell the lovely ladies who sent the flowers why after they were just trying to be sweet! I’m done.
UPDATE: Upon seeing my tweet to them they say they are sending me a replacement bouquet. We shall see.
My brother passed away last Monday. My work fam was sweet enough to send flowers. When I got the box on Thursday the buds were completely closed and leaves were limp. So I put them in water, followed directions and put in the food. It is now Monday and they have still not opened up and are turning brown! I’m not going to tell my work fam because they were just trying to be sweet. Never will I EVER order flowers from this company.

I have been ordering from Urban Stems for a few years now. Back when I first ordered their team went above and beyond and the flowers were great. The past year I have made a few additional orders, where none of them have been simple or quality. Some orders are delivered late (being delivered to office buildings on weekends when no one is there to put the flowers in water), flowers coming brown and mangled. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but always regret it. Their flower selections are better than other competitors but they are not reliable.
